| How to View and Print the Wizard |
All Wizard Direct and Wizard Reports are in PDF format. If you are not sure that you can display and print PDF files, click on the “Sample Reports” under quick links then click on any of the sample reports. If all works well, you should see the page in your browser.
What if it doesn't work?
The first thing to do when a PDF file does not display is to try a different one. If that does not work then try the following.
Install Adobe Acrobat Viewer (the PDF viewing software). There is a link to the Adobe web site at the bottom of our home page.
Try saving the PDF files to your computer then viewing them outside of the browser. Sometimes Adobe Acrobat Viewer is installed correctly, but is not integrated into your browser.
